What we do

CloudSahayak is our cloud and DevOps practice for the development sector. Cloud spend in nonprofits grows 20–30% a year, and around 60% of a small tech team’s time goes into keeping infrastructure alive. We take that work off your team.

Cloud infrastructure

Multi-cloud design and setup on AWS, Azure, or GCP, multi-account and multi-region management, migration off legacy systems, and cluster design for scaling workloads.

Security, privacy, and compliance

Data protection aligned to DPDP and GDPR, identity and access management with role-based access, VPC hardening, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit-ready infrastructure for donor and grant compliance.

DevOps and automation

CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployment, infrastructure as code in Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK, and automated patch management with drift prevention.

Cost optimisation and governance

Right-sizing workloads, real-time spend dashboards and alerts, automated clean-up of idle resources, and tagging so every rupee maps to a programme.

Backup and recovery

Fully managed backup for critical data, with recovery plans that are tested rather than assumed.

Monitoring and analytics

24/7 monitoring with automated alerts, dashboards built for donors, boards, and operations teams, and predictive analytics to plan capacity.

GitOps delivery

Declarative infrastructure with Git as the single source of truth, automated application delivery, and rollbacks and audit trails on every change.

Consulting and support

Dedicated cloud engineers who know the sector, hands-on implementation and continuous optimisation, and training so your own team can run it.

How we work

Four stages, from a look at what you are running today to the support that keeps the savings in place.

04

Discovery and assessment

We look at the infrastructure you have and find where the money and the downtime go.

Roadmap and proposal

A strategy with timelines and budgets you can take to your board.

Implementation and handover

We deploy, then train your team on what we deployed.

Ongoing support

Continuous monitoring and optimisation, so the savings hold.

Who runs it

A certified cloud team that works in this sector, not a generalist managed-services desk.

AWS Solutions Architects

Certified, building secure and cost-efficient environments.

AWS Certified DevOps engineers

Professional-level certification in continuous integration and delivery.

AWS Security Specialty

Team members credentialed in cloud security architecture.

40+ production workloads

Managed across nonprofit, enterprise, and government systems.

Common questions

Will this mean moving cloud providers?

Usually not. Most of the saving comes from right-sizing and reserved capacity on the provider you already run, not from migrating away from it.

How long before we see the saving?

Cost work shows up in the first billing cycle after the changes land. The deeper infrastructure work runs alongside it and takes longer.

Do we need our own DevOps hire?

No. The point of a managed practice is that you get the capability without carrying a full-time DevOps salary on a programme budget.

What you get

Six things you can put in front of your board.

A right-sized bill

With dashboards and alerts that keep it that way.

Spend mapped to programmes

So you can report cloud cost per grant.

Audit-ready infrastructure

Ready for donor and grant compliance checks.

Recovery plans that have been tested

Restores you have watched work, on a schedule.

Deployments without downtime

And a rollback for the ones that need it.

Your team trained to run it

So the handover is the point, not the risk.
