The personal data we collect through this website is limited to what's described above: your name, work email, phone number, organisation, and whatever you write to us, plus the log-file and cookie data every website collects. We use it only to respond to you, run the newsletter you signed up for, and understand how the site is used — never to build a profile for sale to anyone else. We keep it only as long as that purpose needs, or as long as the law requires us to, whichever is longer, then delete it.
This website is meant for organisations and professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it. We don't run any behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising aimed at children.
Some of the services this website relies on — our newsletter platform and our booking calendar, for instance — process data outside India as part of how they work. We only use providers permitted under the Act, and we're not aware of anything here that isn't.
To exercise any of these rights, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, use the contact details in the footer of this page — we aim to respond within the timeframe the Act sets out. If a personal data breach affects your information, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act requires. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a grievance, you can take it to the Board.
